The Hotel Bentivoglio restaurant was created a few years after the opening of the hotel on popular demand from our guests and has now become a symbol of the hotel's quality.
Being in an area where the gastronomic tradition is so strong, all the famous specialities which brought about Bologna's reputation as The Fat appear on the menu, such as tortellini and tortelloni, filled pasta hand prepared by Claudia, our chef.
Other dishes include tagliatelle with beef or ham, beef cutlets with Mortadella sausage or fillet steak cooked in a variety of ways or simply charcoal grilled. Meals are served with wine from our wine cellar.
Our menu stretches beyond tradition however, varying according to the fresh produce of the seasons and requirements of our guests, should the temptations of our tasty traditional cuisine be resisted in preference for lighter dishes.
The restaurant is open from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Closed 3 weeks in August. Business lunches are available on request.
